Dynamic User Designations: All registered accounts may utilize the digital architecture of BRAC Global Social Foundation (hereinafter referred to as 'BRAC') to build public petitions or create social awareness initiatives. The moment a user executes a financial contribution toward any live campaign, their operational role dynamically scales to a "Donor" designation within the system database.

Self-Funding Prohibitions: To eliminate circular financial routing and protect platform regulatory audits, Individual Fundraisers, Campaign Promoters, and institutional board members are strictly blocked from making financial donations to their own active campaigns.

Corporate CSR Restrictions: Entities onboarded under a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) profile may act exclusively as institutional funding allocators. CSR profiles are strictly barred from launching peer-to-peer fundraisers or general public campaigns.

Individual Fundraisers & Non-80G NGOs: All such creators act as volunteer promoters raising funds under the direct statutory umbrella of BRAC.

NGOs with Active 80G Status: Registered organizations holding independent 80G certifications are permitted to launch campaigns. However, by onboarding onto this platform, the Campaigner explicitly agrees that all incoming donations will be processed into the banking ecosystem of BRAC. BRAC will issue the final statutory 80G tax receipts to the donors and administer the fund deployment via the direct-to-vendor milestone network.

Statutory Income Distribution: The Campaigner acknowledges that all contributions gathered via this platform legally constitute direct charitable donations to the sovereign corpus of BRAC. BRAC retains complete administrative ownership and legal discretion over final funding balances to ensure execution of its charitable mandates.

Automated Section 80G Processing: Eligible domestic donations will generate automated Section 80G Tax Exemption Certificates issued under the credentials of BRAC. Providing an invalid, missing, or mismatched PAN card automatically flags the transaction, converting the document into a basic, non-deductible Donation Acknowledgment.

Before any campaign can transition from a 'Draft' state to an active 'Live' status on the platform UI, the Campaigner must successfully pass the platform's Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol. Individual fundraisers must submit verified government identification (PAN and Aadhaar), and institutional organizations must upload valid incorporation certificates, organizational PAN cards, and active tax registrations.

Absolute Banking Prohibitions: To ensure absolute compliance with the Income Tax Act and anti-money laundering frameworks, this platform completely bars cash payouts. No raw funds will ever be wired into the personal savings or current accounts of individual creators, promoters, or non-profit entities.

Phase-Wise Vendor Settlement: Accumulated funds will be securely held and disbursed in structured milestone blocks directly to verified corporate accounts of institutional service providers (e.g., medical centers, educational facilities or material wholesalers) against official corporate invoices verified by the platform administration team.

Milestone Tracking & Account Freezes: Release of funds from domestic accounts is strictly contingent upon continuous transparency. If the Campaigner fails to provide live project updates, progress reports or legitimate vendor invoices via their dashboard, BRAC reserves the statutory right to immediately freeze all upcoming milestone payouts to safeguard donor trust and maintain regulatory compliance.

To sustain the security, regular manual account auditing, payment gateway transaction settlement costs and overall organizational continuity, BRAC utilizes a standard operational retainage from gross milestones before final vendor settlement. The precise itemized breakdown of this technology and administration recovery cost is hidden during initial onboardings and will be transparently displayed inside the Campaigner's withdrawal ledger dashboard at the time of a milestone payout request.

In the event a campaign successfully surpasses its financial target, or the final verified vendor invoices total less than the gross funding accumulated, the remaining surplus will be retained permanently within the charitable corpus of BRAC to be legally reallocated by the board toward adjacent humanitarian or medical relief projects.
