NOTICE

Protecting innovation, creativity, trademarks, technology, content, and platform integrity.

This Intellectual Property Notice governs the ownership, protection, permitted use, and enforcement of intellectual property rights associated with BRAC Global Social Foundation ("BRAC", "the Organization", "we", "our", or "the Platform"), including donatebrac.org, brac.in, associated subdomains, campaign systems, digital services, software components, databases, content repositories, and related assets.

All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content, materials, software, databases, systems, branding elements, visual assets, documentation, designs, publications, educational resources, campaign materials, platform architecture, and proprietary technologies available through the Platform are owned by, licensed to, controlled by, or lawfully used by the Organization.

Such materials may be protected under applicable intellectual property, trademark, copyright, database, software, design, unfair competition, and related laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

TRADEMARK NOTICE

BRAC® is a protected trademark used in connection with charitable, educational, social impact, advocacy, fundraising, community development, awareness, humanitarian, and related activities.

The expanded form Bureau of Randomly Active Committee® and associated branding elements, logos, visual identities, trade dress, and related identifiers are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, misrepresentation, passing off, dilution, infringement, or misleading association involving protected trademarks is prohibited.

Nothing contained within the Platform shall be interpreted as granting any license, authorization, permission, or right to use any trademark without prior written approval.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Unless otherwise indicated, copyrights in Platform content belong to the Organization or its licensors.

Protected materials may include:

Articles and publications
Educational content
Campaign content
Awareness materials
Images and graphics
Videos and multimedia
Documents and reports
Website content
Databases and compilations
Digital resources

Users may access content for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes only, subject to these terms and applicable laws.

PLATFORM DESIGN, SOFTWARE & DATABASE RIGHTS

The Platform's structure, interface, layout, navigation systems, visual presentation, software architecture, databases, search systems, workflows, technical frameworks, custom modules, source code components, and user experience elements may be protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

This protection may extend to:

Platform architecture
User interface (UI) designs
User experience (UX) systems
Administrative systems
Search mechanisms
Directory structures
Data organization methods
Custom-built functionality
Software logic
Database structures
Platform workflows

Users shall not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, extract, scrape, automate, mirror, or exploit proprietary platform components without written authorization.

BRAC FOREVER FUND RECOGNITION SYSTEM

The BRAC Forever Fund, including its recognition architecture, supporter classifications, naming structures, donor recognition systems, legacy presentation formats, membership categories, badge systems, visual frameworks, and associated concepts, constitutes proprietary organizational content and may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, commercial exploitation, or misleading adaptation of such systems without authorization is prohibited.

ENFORCEMENT & REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

The Organization reserves all available legal rights and remedies relating to intellectual property protection.

Where infringement, unauthorized use, misrepresentation, passing off, copying, reproduction, scraping, data extraction, trademark misuse, content theft, software misuse, or related violations are identified, the Organization may pursue appropriate action including:

Removal requests
Cease-and-desist notices
Platform restrictions
Civil remedies
Criminal complaints
Regulatory actions
Injunctive relief
Recovery of damages where applicable

Suspected intellectual property violations may be reported through official communication channels.
