No person or entity may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, imitate, misrepresent, or otherwise use any protected intellectual property appearing on this platform without prior written authorization.

The Organization operates independently within India under its own governance, management, registrations, policies, and operational framework.

Unless expressly stated in writing, the Organization is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, controlled by, acting on behalf of, or legally associated with any other organization, institution, foundation, entity, or body that may use a similar name, acronym, abbreviation, initials, or branding.

Any reference to third-party organizations, institutions, foundations, initiatives, or entities on this platform is provided solely for identification, informational, educational, clarification, comparative, or reference purposes and shall not be interpreted as establishing any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, representation, or legal relationship.

BRAC Global Social Foundation is an independently incorporated not-for-profit organization established under the Companies Act, 2013 as a Section 8 Company in India.

The BRAC Forever Fund is a recognition and legacy initiative designed to acknowledge and appreciate supporters who contribute toward long-term social impact objectives.

Recognition categories, supporter listings, donor acknowledgments, digital badges, membership designations, supporter walls, legacy pages, or similar recognition mechanisms are honorary in nature and do not constitute ownership, partnership, governance authority, investment rights, equity interests, or financial benefits.

The Organization reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, remove, or restructure recognition programs where required for operational, legal, compliance, privacy, technical, or organizational reasons.

Supporter recognition is provided solely as an expression of appreciation for voluntary contributions.

The Organization may host petitions, awareness campaigns, civic participation initiatives, social advocacy programs, public interest campaigns, and community engagement activities intended to promote lawful public participation and awareness.

Petitions, campaigns, signatures, endorsements, comments, and public support indicators reflect participant engagement and should not be interpreted as guaranteeing:

The Lost & Found Services, National Recovery Grid, Missing Person Reporting System, Found Property Registry, Recovery Assistance Tools, and related services are intended to facilitate lawful reporting, information sharing, verification, and recovery efforts where reasonably possible.

The Organization operates solely as a facilitation, moderation, and verification platform and does not act as a law enforcement agency, investigative authority, judicial body, recovery service, insurance provider, or guarantor of recovery outcomes.

Use of Lost & Found services does not guarantee:

• Recovery of lost property
• Return of missing items
• Recovery of missing persons
• Identification of rightful owners
• Successful ownership verification
• Recovery timelines
• Third-party cooperation
• Resolution of disputes
• Accuracy of user-submitted information

The Organization may review, verify, restrict, remove, archive, reject, or moderate submissions but is not obligated to investigate every report or pursue any specific recovery outcome.

Users remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of information submitted through Lost & Found services.

The Organization shall not be liable for losses, disputes, unsuccessful recovery efforts, ownership conflicts, delays, inaccuracies, fraudulent submissions, third-party conduct, or outcomes arising from use of these services.
